Presentation #10: Capital Punishment
Should someone that is convicted of a capital offence be sentenced to life in prison or given the death penalty?
What should happen if the state convicts a person of a capital crime and the conviction is carried out, but is later found to be innocent? Do we just forgive?
Would an eye for an eye cause the whole world to go blind? Do you think it is necessary to carry this punishment to benefit society? If so, how does it benefit?

Presentation #8: Euthanasia
Euthanasia is the voluntary practice of assisting in the death of a terminally ill individual for reasons of mercy.
In today's society ,with so many medical advances, do you feel it is immoral to be able to chose how you die when technology is able to keep you alive? And what effect does having the ability to chose how one dies have on the quality of how one lives?
Assisted dying is a request made by a patient who is destined to die and wants to relieve their suffering. Is aiding these type of patients in their death the same as murder?
Furthermore, how important do you feel a living will is? Is there a certain state of mind one should be in when preparing their living will?
