Presentation #10: Pornography
1. Currently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has established policies that penalize the broadcasting of “obscene” materials on television or radio. Should this be extended to the Internet?
2. Should minors’ access to sexual materials be limited?
3. Is pornography art (and therefore protected under First Amendment rights) or is it sexual exploitation (and not protected)?
